    MANAGEMENT STUDY:

    Sweet Deli Food is a partnership type of business which is composed of five partners who put a much effort to start
    its business introducing its Piaya Kalabasa product with its two starting outlets. Since the company are manage by
    five partners, compensation for the business are acquired by the partners equally. Compensation such as business
    taxes and permit needed for the operation, compensation for the recruitment of deserving and competent employees
    and many other business requirements are included.

    Our company hires competitive employees who are putting their knowledge and skills effectively in their specialties.

    In the production:

    Manager

    Secretary

    Chief pastry chef

    In the outlets: There are two outlets available

    Checker

    Only one driver and one assistant are present.

    Our company sets rules and regulation that are implemented in its organization. Like any other business,
    production must have its Standard Operating Procedure.
