    Area Eligible Afterschool Meals Program

    The Franklin Northwest Supervisory Union "FNWSU After School Programs" operating in the towns
    Swanton and Highgate announces the sponsorship of the U.S. Department of Agriculture-funded
    Child and Adult Care Food Program. The Swanton Crossroads, Highgate Crossroads, MVU
    Crossroads and MVU AfterHours after school programs qualify for the "area eligible afterschool meals
    program". So in addition to providing educational, recreational and enrichment programs for children,
    an after school meal is available at no separate charge to enrolled children. These meals will be
    provided without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. Any person who
    believes that he or she has been discriminated against should write immediately to: Administrator,
    Food and Nutrition Service, USDA, 3101 Park Center Drive, Alexandria, VA 22302.
    In the operation of U.S. Department of Agriculture programs, no participant will be discriminated
    against because of race, color, national origin, sex, age or handicap. Any person who believes that
    she or he has been discriminated against in any USDA related activity should write immediately to the
    Secretary of Agriculture, Washington, D.C. 20250.
