My hobbies include rowing, gaming and listening to podcasts. What I like about Welland is
the places you can go because I feel like a
town is only as good as what you can do in it,
from swimming in the canal to going to the
rose parade. Welland has many places to go!

of high energy, activity based fun where children
and families can laugh, learn and grow together.
Children learn how to budget, cook, communicate
and so much more all while having a ton of fun!

It's my pleasure as Chair of the Mayor's Youth

Advisory Council to kick off the 2014-15 year. I
am proud to announce that we, again have a
full council of 17 members representing the
high schools and elementary schools across
Welland. We are excited to begin hosting our
multitude of events like; Teen Skates, Rock
Hard Ride Hard, New Year's Eve Bash and
many more. Beyond hosting events the
Mayor's Council has decided to promote our
new designation as a "Youth Friendly Community" and to aim for the Skate park renovation
plans. This year I would like to encourage the
community to come out to our events, drop ins,
or even meetings.
