Tom,
I forwarded your email on to the engineering department asking if they have received your drawings. I am
unable to verify that they have arrived, as I have been in Long Island working on storm restoration efforts
since November 10.
I am sure that LeBella has delivered these to our office so they can be reviewed so the we can develop a
plan to complete our main replacement work on the Commons this coming spring.

Hi Doug,
We will be starting work on the Commons in 2013. We're hoping to start demolition in late February / early
March followed by water, sewer and storm in March or April. I believe LaBella sent you drawings for the
utility work they have designed. I also think that they tried to set up a meeting wit NYSEG, Time Warner
and Verizon but that was postponed due to Sandy.
Please let me know if you need drawings and what level of coordination you think will be needed.
