The video played at 6:30 will do the following:
o Show how MICA has impacted the community

o Contain interviews with artists describing how

theyve been helped by the organization
o Show the history of MICA and what theyve
accomplished as an organization
o Make guests feel a connection with the
organization, thus putting them in the mood
to donate
o This video will set the tone for the rest of the
evening
Each time Terry Terry will get on stage he will give
a countdown of how much time is left to bid in the
silent auction to keep guests engaged with this
portion of the event
