    2:30pm​Guys move Piano from SAC to MPH

    3.00pm ​All members gather in MPH

    4.00pm​ Sound Check, attire must be fully prepared

    5.00pm ​All Set


    • Registration desk with two publicity
    • Slides show & Background music
    • Emcee speaking

    5.30pm​ Arrival of ITC group


    • Inform security of ITC arrival
    • ITC bus park beside UTAR bus stop
    • Chairperson, Vice chairperson, and ushers lead ITC visitors
    • All members welcome in MPH
    • Emcee welcome speech, welcoming background music starts
    • Mr. Takei – Dr. Lai – Mr. Osamu – Mr. Lim

    6.00pm​ Speech
    • Principal of ITC: ​Mr. Takei Tooru
    • Principal of UTAR: Prof. Chuah
    • Chairperson of ITC program:​Mr. Lim Kai Xuan
    • DSA Representative:
    • (Ushers lead them to stage)
    • Ask Mr. Takei to wait on stage
    • Move rostrum downstairs (Program helper or logistics)

    6.15pm​ Souvenir Exchange


    • Exchange Souvenir by Dr. Lai and Mr. Takei Tooru
    • Hold souvenirs on tray
    • Gifts for ITC students & teachers

    6.20pm​ Performances and videos


    • UTAR Choir video​​(Choir goes up to stage)
    • UTAR Choir’s performance​​(Backstage helper lead them to stage)
    • ITC students’ performance ​(Backstage helper lead them to stage)
    • Take group photo​​(Photographer)
    • Move VIP sofa to beside of piano ​(Logistics)
    • Stack all chairs to left side of MPH ​

    7.00pm ​Interaction games


    • Game background music starts
    • 3 games
    • 10 Games helper helping
    • Prepare foods and drinks​(Refreshments)
    • Set up the dining area​​(Logistics)

    8.00pm ​Refreshment and Fellowship


    • kuih & Drinks
    • Call bus driver to prepare

    8.30pm ​Departure of ITC group


    • UTAR Choir members form human bridge for warm send-off
    • Follow them to the bus

    8:45pm ​Clean up MPH
