Three Rs of research:
Recent within a decade.
Reliability Databases, library resources, not internet
Relevance Information relevant to research.
Three types of resources:
Tertiary compiled secondary sources, bibliography
Primary Material that is spot on
Secondary Raw material, critics, reviews, summaries
Secondary resources arent reliable and it could be biased. It has to be based off credibility.
Keyword nouns, objectives, verbs, etc.
(Boolean Search)
Library databases are more reliable
Three types of Search Engines:
Crawler base
Directions

Specialty
Boolean AND, OR, NOT, NEAR (#)
Wildcard and truncation symbols broaden search
(*) asterisk
(~) tilde
.gov = reflection of what the government thinks
