TASK: REMOVE TT-110 ON STREAM 1 LACT AND SETUP NEW TT TO CHECK 1. PTW & IC is registered 2. Check & remove fuse 4 & 5 in PTB2 JB 3. Check equipment dead 4. Mark tag name & location of TT-110, remove & cover TT-110 to protection 5. Setup new Temperature Transmitter to TT-110 position 6. Connect cable, check earthing and ductor test joint 7. De-isolate fuse 4 &5 8. Check temperature indicator at site with temperature indicator at CCR 9. Compare and have result. 10. Have plan to correct if fault. Remove new TT and cover temperature well, instrument cable 11. Housekeeping work site after finish job 12. Double check work site is safe 13. Inform CCR work done
