SCHOOLS

When I was born, my mother was a housewife, so/and I did not go to creche.
When I was 5 years old, I went to kindergarten. 2 years later, when I was 7, I
went to primary school. I learned in Kossuth Lajos Primary School in
Tiszafred. It was a big old building in a quiet district. The classrooms were big
with huge windows. Although the furniture was not so modern. There was a
big yard with a lot of trees and benches to sit on. In this school the junior section
was 4 years and the senior section was 4 years too/as well. Here I was a bright
student, I did well at school, I always got a good grades.
Now I am a pupil at the local secondary grammar school. This school was
named after a famous man called Kossuth Lajos. (Who was he then if he is
famous? Or if it is not important why do you say it then?) I think this school is
very competitive in Hungary. It is a big two-stroyed building with a large school
yard. Our school has also get some special laboratories such as language,
physics, chemistry. (What is the connection between the sentences?) These labs
are quite well equipped. We have got also a computer room, where we can study
computer techniques and programming. (connection?) We celebrate the
beginning and the end of the school, and national holidays.
Our classroom is big with modern desks and chairs, the walls are white.
(connection) Our class is a good team and there is a good atmosphere. I like my
teachers. (Why?) My form teacher (form-master?) is very kind and friendly but
she is strict too. She knows a lot about her subjects, can explain clearly.
My favourite subjects are languages. (Why?) I learn English and German
foreign languages at the school. (other interest, desires?) We have got 5 English
lessons and 3 German lessons every/a week. They come to me easily and I take
pleasure in studying them.
I especially like History. I often go to competisons. I like books and films about
historical ages.
I have got problems with Chemistry.
On Tuesdays I have got 8 lessons, I think this day is the most difficult day.
(why?) Ont he other days I have got 7 lessons. Wednesday is the easiest day for
me. (Why?)
In my future plans, when I leave school, I would like to go to agricultural
university. My parents are beekeepers and I would like to continue my fathers
work. I often help them in the summer. I really like this job, because it is very
interesting and I like nature too. And then we will work together.
