Through the use of adventurous problem solving and team building activities this stimulating course develops many personal qualities including listening and conversation skills, social interaction, confidence in group situations and giving and receiving feedback. Students will take part in both theory and hands on sessions which are an excellent foundation to moving onto the Level 2 Developing Leadership Skills course. In addition to completing the residential course, to complete the qualification students must then volunteer for 5 hours where they have taken part in group work or team situations. Age: 14 17 years Cost: FREE (5 hours volunteering is required)
