About Me
I am a responsible, well-mannered, intelligent individual with a positive and professional attitude.
I am physically fit, capable of any type of physical labour and handy with a toolbox. I am also
technically minded, a quick learner with strong computer and electronic skills. I work very well
unsupervised and I am excellent with customer service, communications and social interaction.
I know that, in any job, there is always more work to do be done if you just look for it.
In addition to athletics, I have also excelled in drama and musical performances on stage and in
studio. I played lead roles in musicals and I have recorded two music/vocal CDs.

Employment/Work Experience
I have experience in a variety of areas as I have worked full time in the technical support field and
have completed coop placements and part-time/full-time employment in various fields including
installations, theatre, skilled labour, contracting, driving, landscaping and other jobs. I have also
worked as an instructor on an as-required basis at hockey clinics.
2013-2014 (December 2013 September 2014): Provincial Sign Systems(Pickering): Full
Time: Installation. Took on a leadership role as I ran multiple crews, drove company vehicles,
and attended major jobs. Installed bus shelters, indoor and outdoor digital signage, and attended
meetings regarding installation.
2012-2013 (April 2012 September 2013) : Convergys: (Call Centre) Technical live support ;
customer service training. AT&T iPhone services
2012: Attended Niagara College
2012: (Summer April-Aug 31): Provincial Sign Systems: Installations and deficiency repairs to
transit shelters for Astral Media and the City of Toronto.
2012: (Jan-March): Shoppers Drug Mart: Preparing the new store in Courtice, Ontario, for
opening day. Setting up shelving systems and transferring inventory. Cleaning and organizing the
new store. The job was temporary until the employees from the existing Shoppers moved in.
2011-2012 : Provincial Sign Systems(Pickering): Summer Job: Sign Manufacturing and
Installation: After working in other areas of the company I gained enough experience in signage
and transit shelters to be trained for the Installation Dept. installing bus shelters, advertising
postings and signage installation and repairs.
Duties: Operating company vehicles and equipment, installation of transit shelters and signage,
crating, assembly, and other duties related to working on site.

2009-2010: Attended University of Ottawa


2007-2008: Tim Hortons: Courtice, Ontario. I worked in all areas including front counter cash,
drive thru, sandwich bar, and was promoted to Baker.
Duties: stocking, food preparation, cash, baking, clean up, customer service, inventory.

2007-2008: Durham Respite Services: Oshawa, Ontario (Part Time Occasional as required)
Duties: Stocking, Shipping and Receiving, Inventory, Data Entry.

2006-2009 Part-Time Summers: Provincial Sign Systems, Ajax, Ontario:


Duties: I worked in assembly and graphic application learning many of the skills required in the
design and fabrication of large, structural, illuminated signage and laying graphic vinyl.Detailed
and precise work.
