EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
Ashley Furniture- April 2008 to October 2008
Router/Customer Service- I routed the delivery trucks and technicians to customers
homes. Handled Customer Service issues, Set up technician appointments and
delivery appointments. On occasion I would train/help employees and inspect
furniture that was brought in to be fixed. The job required working extensively with
Excel and a remote server.

New Mexico PCS- July 2007 to April 2008


Sprint Sales Associate- I activate new accounts as well as upgrade and add lines to
existing customers mobile accounts. I work with the public hands on and deal with
happy and also the occasional, not so satisfied customers. I try to take care of a lot
of “customer service” issues that the customer might have due to their bill or lack
of service. Create flyers for current promotions and carry out cleaning and office
work for my company.

KinderCare- May 2007 to June 2007


The job title was: Cook/teacher. Worked as a cook, teacher for all ages, nurse
(distributing medicine, ect...). Stepped in wherever needed (Jack of all trades). I
managed the food orders and food count for the food program.

UNIFI –December 2005 to April 2007


Inspector, Operator, Safety Admiral. Job consists of Inspecting product for quality,
Maintaining factory machinery (cleaning, repairing, ect...), Data Entry, and
responsible for the safety of myself and my co-workers. I also trained new
employees in the inspecting department. I maintained a 100% attendance record
along with high acknowledgements for my work.

JCPENNY’S – July 2005 to November 2005


Sales and Customer care. A lot of customer care, opening accounts, and closing
accounts. Got rewarded for high customer satisfaction. Cashier and Customer
Service. Opened up in the mornings and also closed on some nights, mainly
closing.

Top Secret Custom Countertops- April 2003- October 2003


Receptionist, Filing, logging appointments. I called customers, confirming
appointments, as well as met them when they came in. I handled all the paper work
for the customers and filed there information. I did not have a computer so
everything was strictly paperwork and rolodex for looking up customers’ numbers. I
was responsible for keeping the showroom clean and free of dust as well as
keeping up with the coffee for walk in customers. Handled multiple phone lines and
was complemented on my performance.

McDonalds – September 2000-November 2002


Cashier, frontline and drive thru. Employee trainer. Opened and Closed, worked
holidays. Took orders and also worked in the grill to fulfill orders. Received high
marks and praise for customer service and satisfaction. I worked with the public,
even if the public didn’t want to work with me sometimes, still greeted with a smile.

4-H Holiday Lake Camp – May 2001 to August 2001


I was hired to be the resident lifeguard for the summer. I maintained the pool area,
as well as the safety of the children of the camp, and the community. Taught
swimming to children age ranging from 5 to 10, sometimes older. I had to be aware
of my surroundings and safety at all times. I was in charge of the instruction,
discipline, and management of the pool area.

EDUCATIONAL INTERESTS & PURSUITS

-I am passionate about learning. I try to make every work day a chance or opportunity to learn
something new.

-Very interested in working with computers, I am very knowledgeable about computers and can type
65 words-per minute. I have completed a course in computers which focused on PowerPoint,
Excel, Access, Word, and Integrating applications.
-Graduated from my high school with honors, as well as a member in the Honor Society of 2000.

-Currently finishing up my first semester at CNM in hopes to one day to become a nurse.
