This project is to research what it would take to create our own baking
business. What would be involved in starting it from scratch and getting
it to a point where it could become an actual business

WE CHOSE THIS PROJECT BECAUSE OF OUR DESIRE TO RUN OUR OWN
BUSINESS. WE WANTED TO GET INTO BAKING BECAUSE WE ALREADY HAVE
EXPERIENCE IN THIS AREA AND ENJOY DOING IT.
