PROCESS

KIDNEYS
-Are located at the back

of the abdomen.
The kidneys fuction are
to filter the blood.
Each kidney is about 4 or
5 inches long.
All the blood in our
bodies passes through
the kidneys several times
a day.

URETERS
Is a tube that carries the

urine from the kidneys


to the urinary bladder.
There are 2 ureters, one
attached to each kidney .
Upper half: Is located in
the abdomen.
Lower half: Is located in
the pelvic area

URETHRA
Is a tube that connects

the urinary bladder to


the outside of the body.

Vena Cava
The venae cavae are two
largest veins in our body:
Inferior vena cava: travels
up alongside the
abdominal aorta.Largest
vein in the body.
Superior vena cava: Is
above the heart which
contains blood .

BLADDER
Is the organ that collects

the urine and excreted it


by urethra .
A hollow muscular, and
elastic organ.

AORTA
Is the main artery in the

human body.
There are 2 parts in the aorta:
Left ventricle: Is one of the 4
chambers of heart like right
ventricle. It is located in the
bottom of left portion.
Right ventricle: is a heart
chamber responsible for
punping deoxygenated blood
to the lungs.

SWEATING
Sweat:is a salty liquid

that leaves our body


through small holes in
the skin .
Pores: small holes in our
skin.
Sweat glands: regulates
body temperature, we
have between two
millions and five
millions of sweat glands.

in the urinary system or
malfuctioning of the
