25 Nutritional Guidelines
1. Do not follow diet programs.

2. Eat fresh, raw, un-processed plant-based


foods.

3. Eat at least three meals a day.

19. Limit bread to eight (8) slices a week and stick to “whole grain.”

20. The best fruits to eat are: apples, apricots, all berries, cantaloupe, grapefruit, oranges, peaches, pears and plums.

21. Drink fat free or 1% milk only.

22. All lean cuts of beef, turkey and pork are permissible under food plan.

23. The following fruits should be avoided: canned fruit, pineapple, raisins and
bananas.

24. The following vegetables should be avoided: beets, corn and potatoes.

25. Try to stay under 2,100 calories a day.
