25 Nutritional Guidelines
1. Do not follow diet programs.
19. Limit bread to eight (8) slices a week and stick to “whole grain.”
20. The best fruits to eat are: apples, apricots, all berries, cantaloupe, grapefruit, oranges, peaches, pears and plums.
22. All lean cuts of beef, turkey and pork are permissible under food plan.
