Start off by showing an animoto video of what stress


management looks like compared to out of control stress.
Discuss how stress can truly break down your body and harm
you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
The Lesson Structure: Activities

Put the students into groups and have them come up with
ways that will help them contain stress or healthy stress
management. The students can use the program bubbl to help
map out how the body will break down.
Extension: Have this as an ongoing assignment. After the
students have mapped out how stress can break down your
body, have them put together a prezi PowerPoint to show the
class what they found.

Closing/Assessment

After the students had mapped out on bubbl what they found
about stress, have the class discuss specific topics that stood
out to them. How stress really makes a difference on your
body if you do not know how to control it.
Homework

If they did not finish finding facts about stress. They need to
go home and find more information for their group to put in
their bubbl.
Self Evaluation of the Lesson
