CINDERELLA

1. Once upon a time there was a pretty girl who lived with her father.
One day, her father decided to marry a beautiful, but mean woman who had two
ugly daughters.
2. She only helped her stepsisters prepare and cried bitter tears.
After they left, Cinderella was visited by her Godmother, who was a good fairy
and promised to send her to the ball.
Cinderella was very upset because her stepmother didnt want to let her go to the
ball.
3. One day, an invitation came from the palace to a great ball. The prince wanted
to find a beautiful young lady to marry.
4. Shortly afterwards the man died and his sweet little girl was left with her
stepmother and stepsisters. They called her Cinderella and made her work very
hard in the house. She cleaned the house, cooked the meals, washed and ironed
their clothes.
5. The next day everybody talked about the beautiful and mysterious princess at
the ball.
The prince wanted to find her and marry her. He took the glass slipper and went
to every house for every girl to try it on.
6. Cinderella went to the ball and the prince danced with her the whole night.
Just before midnight Cinderella remembered her promise and ran away from the
prince. On the stairs she lost a slipper.
7. Using her magic wand, the fairy gave Cinderella a carriage, horses and a
footman, and dressed her in a wonderful dress and glass slippers.
Cinderella had to promise to return home by midnight.
8. The slipper only fitted on Cinderellas foot.
The prince recognized Cinderella and married her. They lived happily ever after.

LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD


1. Once upon a time there was a little girl whose mother loved her very much.
She made her daughter a nice red coat with a hood and that is why everybody
called the girl Little Red Riding Hood.
2. Suddenly there appeared a wolf who asked her where she was going. The
little girl told him all about her grandmother and the cottage she lived in.
3. On her way she saw some beautiful flowers that she wanted to pick.
The wolf ran to the cottage, went in and ate grandmother.
Then he put on her clothes and waited for Little Red Riding Hood.
4. Mother told Little Red Riding Hood not to stray from the path and not to stop
on her way.
The little girl promised and left.
5. Her father, who was cutting wood in the forest, heard her.
He came running to the cottage and killed the wolf. When he cut the wolfs
belly, out jumped Grandmother. Little Red Riding Hood promised to always
listen to what her parents told her.
6. Suddenly, the wolf jumped out of the bed to swallow the girl, but she started
to scream.
7. One day mother sent her with a basket full of fruit and cakes to her
grandmother. Her grandmother was very old and ill and lived all alone in a
cottage in the woods.
8. When she arrived at the cottage, the little girl was surprised at the big ears,
eyes and mouth of her grandmother, but she didnt know that it was the wolf in
the bed.

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST


1.Once upon a time there was an old merchant who had three daughters, the
youngest of which was called Beauty.
Unfortunately, the man lost all his money and had to move to the countryside.
2. In the morning he saw some white roses in the garden and remembered his
promise to Beauty. He stopped to pick a rose and suddenly there appeared a
horrible beast who threatened to kill him.
3. On his way back from home, the old man saw a castle in the distance and
decided to stop for some rest. He went in, found dinner on the table and started
eating. Later, he went to bed, still surprised that there was no one in the castle.
4. One day the merchant went to town on business. His daughters asked for
presents: the first wanted diamonds, the second wanted pearls, but Beauty
preferred some white roses.
5. His two elder daughters were very unhappy, only Beauty was glad because
she loved her father very much and liked animals and flowers a lot. Her father
had to work hard to make money.
6. The Beast made the old man promise to bring him the first thing he saw when
he got home.
7. The Beast turned into a handsome prince and he married Beauty.
8. Beauty moved to the Beasts castle. There she spent her days reading, picking
flowers and playing. At first, she feared the Beast, but soon grew to like him.
9. Beauty ran to meet her father, but he was sad to give her the bad news. She
had to go live with the Beast in his castle.
10. Beautys father fell ill and she went home to take care of him. When she
returned to the Beasts castle, she found him lying on the ground in the garden.
The Beast asked Beauty if she loved him and she answered that she did. Thus,
the spell was broken.

SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN


DWARFS
1. Once upon a time there was a beautiful queen who wanted to have a little girl.
Soon her wish came true and she gave birth to a pretty baby girl with a white
face, red lips and black hair. She called her Snow White.
2. The hunter took Snow White to the forest, but he felt sorry for her and spared
her life.
3. The babys mother soon died. The king married a beautiful but vain woman,
who had a magic mirror. The new queen hated Snow White for her beauty.
4. One day, a prince came riding by and saw the beautiful girl in the coffin. He
decided to take her back to his castle.
5. Alone in the forest Snow White started crying. Soon she saw a little house in
the distance. She went in and fell asleep on a tiny bed.
6. Whenever the queen asked who was the most beautiful in the whole world,
the mirror answered that it was Snow White.
The queen was so angry that she wanted the girl dead. She called a hunter and
told him to kill Snow White.
7. As a man lifted the coffin, the piece of poisoned apple fell out of her throat
and she came back to life.
The prince married Snow White and they lived happily ever after.
8. The queen found out that Snow White was alive. She put on some old clothes,
went to the dwarfs cottage and tried to poison Snow White.
After she ate the poisoned apple, Snow White appeared to be dead. The dwarfs
put her in a glass coffin.
9. The house belonged to seven little dwarfs who worked in a mine. When they
came home and saw Snow White they were very surprised. She told them her
sad story and they decided to let her stay with them.
