Commission

has

been

continuously

endeavouring to streamline and upgrade its systems and

procedures to make them more candidate friendly. Various
initiatives have been taken towards this end. Facilities for
addressing grievances directly to the Chairman and their
redressal have been introduced.

The Commission has also been trying to make results of

various examinations published by it more informative and
candidate friendly. Starting with the result of Steno Grade C and
D Examination, the Commission has taken another step towards
this direction. Under the new format, roll numbers of all selected
candidates will be published along with the explanatory write up
for the results. Selected as well as non-selected candidates, can
access details of their result by logging in their name and date of
birth which will give them access to the details such as rank,
category, marks obtained, the reasons for not being able to make
the grade (for unsuccessful candidates) etc.

The Commission is confident that the candidates will find

this new format useful and candidate friendly.
