PREFACE
Dubai is one of the renowned
cities within the Gulf countries,
as well as internationally, for
business, security & tourism, which
is becoming one of the modern
citiy of the world. Therefore,
reliability of Electricity becomes
one of the basic requirements for
modernization.
Electricity is one of the basic needs, for the human
beings health, education, business, agriculture,
transportation, communication, industrialization &
etc. This is to be considered a measuring parameter
of the citizens living standard, industrialization
and economic growth for a country. The mentioned
parameters will affect, if there is shortage of electricity
or frequent failure, due to any reasons.
Transmission lines are the backbone of electricity
network which transmit power from generating
stations to distribution system, for supplying power to
the customer.
DEWA 400 / 132kV OHL & Cable lines are in open fields
and passing through desert / hilly terrain, urban areas
and crossing roads / bridge / underpass / canals &
utility services etc.
