Kudarat.
The chief inspector said, Fabunan was found by her sister, Leonila
Fabunan-Ortiz, hanging through an iron cord inside the comfort
room of their house at 13 Narcisus St., Barangay Roxas District.
Ortiz and her son rushed Fabunan to Disodado Macapagal Hospital
but he was declared dead on arrival.
Ortiz said her brother failed to find work in Metro Manila for the
past months and was wanting to go home to the province.
He also wanted to go home to Lebak, Sultan Kudarat to be with
his family and has been asking his siblings here to help him for his
fare, Ortiz said in Filipino.
