Responsibilities related to the festival included: Creating scheduled events,
marketing and publicity, conference registration, ticket sales, coordinating
volunteers, housing, guest services and hospitality, gala dinner and tribute to
honoree as well as assist in publicity and marketing of the mainstage show that was
produced in conjunction with the festival, when requested help coordinate
interviews with media and help produce promotional videos with KWBU
