D. Mell called a meeting of the board of trustees of Prestige Academy Charter School to order on Monday Dec 15,
2014 @ 4:31 PM at Buckley's.

R. Vasta made a motion to approve Consent Agenda as provided.
D. Balick seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.

R. Vasta made a motion to approve Financial report as provided.
T. Hill seconded the motion.
