ABSTRAK

Pavement (pavement) is a pavement layer that lies between the soil layer and
wheel base vehicle, which serves as a means of transportation. The main material is
an aggregate of the road pavement. Based on the pavement binder material is divided
into two, namely Pavement bending (flexible pavement), Pavement stiff (rigid
pavemet), and Pavement composite (composite pavement). On road construction
projects, especially for new roads should take into consideration many factors
including factors that support economic, environmental conditions, the basic soil
properties, the amount of passing traffic and other factors. Roads as a means of land
transport has an important role in the development potential of an area. Indirectly, the
road is a means to facilitate the development of an area evenly, due to ease relations
from one place to another.
With the development of computing technology today, followed by a growing
number of software (software) and hardware (hardware), the concepts and
implementation of performance monitoring will be undertaken lightly. Besides no
longer require a long time and a huge cost to perform many calculations and
repeatedly, thus saving time. This is very helpful in matters within the scope of Civil
Engineering in particular the lengthy calculations requiring high accuracy. In
addition to the computing technology will further facilitate a settlement of the
problem optimally. I consider it to be the case for the creation of national roads
program to be the title of my thesis or final project.
