WORKING CONDITIONS.

Everything starts when you finish your degree and you start looking
for a job. First of all you have tried to boost your Cv by doing work
experience although the working conditions were not as good as you
had though .Most of times you start being an intern, which is the way
the company has to prove if you will be a good worker or not.

My own view of the matter is that nowadays most of the jobs are
really demanding, and most people in Spain spend a lot of long hours
working and the salaries are low.
My ideal job would be to
work in a company that offers flexitime and of course they should pay
you I would get paid for the extra hours, because sometimes working
overtime is really profitable (= rentable) is really rewarding to get
overtime. Its reasonable to think that the key to enjoy and make the
best of your job is working in a restful and pleasant atmosphere . I can
t stand criticism critical, bossy and overbearing people. A good
company should include nit?, maternity and sick pay during the
period when you are not working.

To sum up, working is a very important part of our lives, because we

spend at least, the third part of our day there. I reckon the ideal job
should reconcile the personal and labour life.
