Do you think that job seekers should prepare a professional CV? Why or why not?

From my point of view, I think job seekers should prepare a professional CV.
Because a professional CV can increase my chance to apply into the job I want.
Furthermore, it will let the employer see my personality throughout the CV and help
avoiding nervous when I called for the interview.

First, a well-prepared CV can help job seekers stand out from other candidates
and increase our chances of getting a job that they want. A professional CV should
introduce a job seeker's professional experience, education, skills, achievements, and
other relative information in a clear and concise way.

Secondly, the professional CV will give the employer can see my personality
throughout the job application. A well-prepared CV can demonstrate a job seeker's
attention to detail, communication skills and their professionalism in work. It not only
provide an opportunity for job seekers to show their personality to potential employers,
but also can let the employer know how much they will dedicate for the company.

Finally, a well-prepared CV can also help job seekers to prepare for interviews. By
reviewing their CV and thinking about the skills and experiences they've highlighted.
They can be better prepared to answer the interview questions in the active way and

competitive job market. It can help them increase their chances of getting the job they
want, present their personality effectively, communicate with the employer more
confidence.
It is often said that running your own business is better than being an employee. Do
you agree? Why or why not? Use specific reasons and examples to explain your
answer.

For me I am totally agree that building my own business has more advantage
than being a worker. Because run my own carrier can let me control over my work
environment everything, everywhere all at one by myself. Furthermore, build my own
business has more income than be an employee. In addition, being a business gives me
a different life.

First, running your own business can provide a sense of autonomy,

independence, and control over your career and financial destiny. As a business owner,
we have free to choose what type of work we want to do, the clients we want to work
with, and the schedule or time’s table we want to follow.

Next, Running a business can provide us with the potential to earn more money
than we would as an employee. All the richest people in the world are being started as a
business such as Mr. Elon Musk who founded the Tesla company and SpaceX satellite,
Mr. Tim Cook who is the CEO of Apple inc, Mr Jeff Bezos who owned the shopping
platform Amazon .Because we have more control over our income streams. As a
business owner, we have the ability to create new products or services, set our own
prices, and attract more customers, all of which can increase our revenue and profit.

After that, being a business will give us a different life. Running a business can be
a great opportunity to learn new skills like we may need to learn how to manage
employees, negotiate with suppliers, and create effective marketing campaigns.
Moreover, being a business requires you to take a lot of responsibility and in some case
we have to make important decisions. We will need to be able to manage our time
effectively, handle stress and uncertainty and stay focused on our goals. These
challenges can help us develop new skills and become a more confident and capable
person.

In conclusion, whether running your own business is better than being an

employee because of the independence on our work, create much of money, guide us
to the new way of our life. But both running your own business and being an employee
have their own advantages and disadvantages, and which one is better depends on a
variety of factors, such as your personal goals, preferences, and financial situation.
