In my opinion I think peoples choose to work for big companies or choose to work at smaller ones are
always has the same benefit because of these reasons.
 Firstly, I think people choose to work for a company is the convenience. Working in a large
factory can pay for them high salary to provide them about some thing that they need or carry them
when they get ill or diseases. For example in my village, the price of the accessory or vegetable, meat
are very high and especially is the medicine. In the other hands, the smaller company can give them
work in a safety factory that provide them about the insurance or the safety environment to help them
avoid the trauma when they get old. According some scientist say over 80 percent the old worker can
easy get ill when they work in the polluted environment too much.

The second thing is the size of the company. In the large company there are some square that
worker can play sport or camping to reduce stress after hard working. Beside that, working in the
smaller ones the buildings are very closer then large company that can help worker easy to move to the
office.

For these reason I think people have their own preference when choosing companies. Some
would like to work for big companies whereas others choose to work at smaller ones
