Replacing Toner
To replace Toner bottle

When toner is low, Message Toner cartridge


needs to be replaced will appear on screen.
It is recommended to replace at this time
When toner is out, message There is no
toner. Open the front door and replace toner
Cartridge. will appear. Machine can not be
used until new toner bottle is placed in
machine.
Open front panel of machine
Unlatch and Open Toner Cartridge Door
(blue)
Pull out toner cartridge holder
Remove empty toner bottle
Before placing new toner bottle into machine,
tap ends and shake a few times to ensure
that toner is not compacted
Remove Cap from New Toner bottle
Place new toner bottle in hopper, Verify that
groove is placed up
Slide toner hopper back into machine
Close and Latch Toner Cartridge Door
Close front panel

Adjust Paper Trays

Note Total count


Press Reset button to return to Copy Screen

Log Service Call/Order

On the machine will be an ID label

To order toner, Call the Sales & Supplies

To log a service call, Call the Service number
(317) 580-2510
When calling, you will be asked for machine
ID (A5001 in above example). This number
will identify your machine and insure that
proper parts and support is provided.

To change size of paper in tray

Pull out paper tray to be adjusted


Remove any remaining unneeded paper
Open lateral guides to full extension (pieces
will be colored blue)
Load paper into tray. Place so that side to
print onto faces up.
Adjust lateral guides so that snuggly fit to
size of paper.
Close paper tray.

Meter Counts
To find meter count of copier

Press Utility/Counter button
