RE: THE ELIMU SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We hereby introduce to you the Elimu School Management System to be integrated with the website
developed for your school by Elimu Holdings Limited. The system will allow your school to perform
student registrations, exam analysis, automatic reporting and grading. It will then post the reports on
the school's website where parents can securely access their child's performance online anywhere,
anytime via the school website.
For the initial installation and training, Elimu will send a technical representative to your school. We
will then set up the system in your school and will train your teachers on how to use it.
The system will provide all required academic reports and the parents will be provided with passwords
for their individual child's performance. All data will be archived in the system and a teacher or parent
can trace the entire academic records of any student enrolled, past or present.
The school does not need an active Internet connection to operate this system.

Requirements:
The school should provide a dedicated PC to house the software. The PC should have the following
minimum requirements: 40GB Hard disk capacity, 512 MB RAM, 1.5 GHz. A dedicated PC ensures
that the data stored is securely archived and cannot be corrupted.
