available data at 135 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.6N, 123.0E).
Northeast monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.

Forecast:

The regions of Cagayan Valley and Cordillera will experience cloudy skies with light
to moderate rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at
times cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Visayas and Mindanao will be partly
cloudy to cloudy with isolated rains. Thunderstorms are likely to occur over these
areas.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast to north will prevail over
Luzon and coming from northeast to east over Visayas and Mindanao with moderate
to rough seas.

moderate rains due to the combined of effect of Low Pressure Area (LPA) and the Northeast
Monsoon "Amihan". Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated
light rains. Visayas and Mindanao will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rains. Thunderstorms are likely to occur
over these areas.

By Tuesday to Thursday (January 20 - 22), the Northeast Monsoon or "Amihan" will bring cloudy skies with light
rains over Cagayan valley, Cordillera and Ilocos region while Metro Manila and Central Luzon will have partly cloudy
to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated
rains with likely occurrence of thunderstorms.

By Friday to Monday (January 23 - 26), Eastern Visayas and Bicol region will experience cloudy skies with light to
moderate rains, thunderstorms likely to occur over these areas, due to the tail-end of a cold front. The "Amihan" will
continue to bring light rains over Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Ilocos region and Central Luzon. The rest
of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rains, thunderstorms also likely to occur over these
areas.

Moderate to rough sea conditions will persist over the seaboards of Luzon and Visayas as the "Amihan" is expected
to prevail throughout the outlook period.
