Report on new Caf

1.-Introduction
The aim of this report is to outline about current problems in the caf and
make some recommendations for the new caf.
2.-Time of service
The caf has a limited time of service for the college. It is a big problem for
the students because they want to use the caf for late hours. I would therefore
recommend that the new caf expand the hours of service from 7 am to 10 pm.
3.-Range of menu
The menu that the caf offers to the public is not good therefore; the students
do not have much choice in the list of menu. Consequently, most people feel
disappointed. I recommend that the new caf should extend the range of menu
and create new menus for specific kind of person in the college.
4.-Comfort
The furniture that the caf has is very old and uncomfortable therefore most of
the students do not use. I would suggest buy new appropriate furniture such as
sofas, tables, chairs, etc.
5.-Service of Internet
The caf do not have service of the internet to offer to the public. Most of the
students have laptops and smartphones although they cannot surf on the
internet. I recommend that new caf offer a free internet service.
6.-Conclusion
To sum up, the new caf would have a brighter future if the all
recommendations described were done. Furthermore, it needs to create a more
friendly service to attract more customers.
