Look!out!for!a!notice!that!will!soon!be!coming!home!later!this!term!inviting!your!child!to!
take!part!in!these!competitions.!These!are!competitive!tests!covering!six!curriculum!
areas!that!children!pay!to!take!part!in.!These!tests!are!targeted!towards!children!already!
achieving!well!at!school!however,!you!know!your!child!best!and!whether!the!
competitions!would!be!something!they!would!enjoy.!Enrolments!for!the!tests!will!close!

on!the!importance!of!financial!literacy!and!to!encourage!good!savings!
habits!at!a!young!age.!!At!St!Albans!School!we!offer!the!ASB!Childrens!
Banking!Programme.!!This!allows!children!to!save!and!bank!their!
savings!at!school!each!week.!!Should!you!wish!to!register!your!child!with!this!programme!
