For value, I, FRANZ PAOLO S. SILVERIO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, residing at
Santiago City, Isabela, have ASSIGNED and TRANSFERRED as I do hereby ASSIGN and
TRANSFER unto MA. ELENA R. SALUDES, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, residing at
Blk. 6 Lot 1, Tierra Nova Subd., Bagumbong, Caloocan City all my rights, interests and
privileges appurtenant to the 2014 Bar Review Class at San Sebastian College of Law, Manila.
The said MA. ELENA ROQUE SALUDES is now subrogated to my rights thereto as
well as to the obligations to San Sebastian College of Law, Manila.
