Description of how to implement in the class: The students will choose who they
think the seven most important Presidents of the United States were. They will use
Timeliner to list the Presidents, the year they became President, their picture, and
why the students think they were important.
Level of Technology Implementation (LoTi): Loti level 4 is reached because the
students are creating a learning model and have control over what they choose to
incorporate in the timeline.
Description of the sample BBPT file provided *: You will see a timeline created
in Timeliner that for the evolution of the iPhone. This is a template for the students to
use to get an idea of the type of activity they will be creating. They do not have to
use this exact format and can use creativity to make their timeline easy to read and
unique.
Other comments about your proposed BBPT Activity: This is an original activity
and the students will have the freedom to choose who they thought were the most
important presidents and they will have the opportunity to explain why they thought
so! The format of the timeline is useful because it is a good way to visualize the
order of the presidents.
