surface, no focal lesion, or dilated intrahepatic biliary radicals. Normal hepatic
veins. Portal vein: Is not dilated. Gall bladder: Normal in size, with normal wall thickness, no stones, biliary mud, or masses. C.B.D: Is not dilated, measuring 4 mm. Spleen: Is normal in size, with homogenous texture, normal splenic vein calibre, no focal lesions. Right kidney: Is normal in size, with normal parenchymal thickness, texture, and cortico-medullary differentiation, no focal lesions, no cysts, no stones, or back pressure changes. Left Kidney: Is normal in size, with normal parenchymal thickness, texture, and cortico-medullary differentiation, no focal lesions, no cyst, no stones, or back pressure changes. Pancreas: Is of average size with normal homogenous echopattern, no focal lesions, no masses, or calcification.
