ULTRASOUND UPPER ABDOMEN :

Liver is normal in size (measuring ------ cm in anterior-posterior span). Normal shape and
outline. Normal parenchymal echotexture. There is no focal hepatic lesion seen. The portal vein
is normal. There is no evidence of intrahepatic biliary radical dilatation.

Gall Bladder is well-distended, anechoic. No evidence of any calculus or sludge is seen. The
wall thickness is normal. No evidence of any pericholecystic fluid.

CBD is normal in caliber with echofree lumen. The peri-hepatic area appear normal.

Pancreas is normal in size, shape and echotexture. No evidence of any focal lesion or
calcification is seen. The pancreatic duct is not dilated.

Splenoportal axis normal in caliber and colour filling.

Spleen is normal in size (measuring -------), shape and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen.

Bilateral Kidneys: Normal in size shape, out line and position. No focal lesion seen. There is no
evidence of any calculous disease, hydronephrosis or cortical scarring. Cortico-medullary
difference is maintained.

Right Kidney: Measures 11.6 x 5.0 x 4.6 cm.


Left Kidney: Measures 10.2 x 6.2 x 5.9 cm.

Bilateral suprarenal gland is normal.

There is no evidence of ascites or retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy.

IMPRESSION: USG Upper abdomen scan shows normal study.
