X-RAY LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE - AP/ LATERAL VIEWS:

Soft tissues of the parieties appear normal.


Bowel preparation adequate.
Loss of normal lumbar lordosis seen with straightening of the
lumbar spine.
The lumbo-sacral vertebral bodies appear normal in height,
outline & density.
There is reduced height of L1/ L2, L5/S1 disc space.
Rest of the intervertebral disc spaces are well maintained.
Mild andterior marginal osteophytic changes seen at L1/ L2 disc.
The facetal joints appear normal.
Sagittal and coronal plane dimensions of the bony spinal canal
are normal.
Both sacro-iliac joints appear normal.
The visualised osseous components of the bony pelvis show no
abnormality.
No detectable abnormal radio-opaque shadow is seen.

IMPRESSION:
X-Ray Lumbo-sacral spine shows finding early disc desiccative
changes in L1/L2, L5-S1 with lumbar spasm.
