The liver is normal in size and echopattern. Outline is smooth and intact. No focal lesion is seen.
Intrahepatic ducts and vessels are intact.

The gallbladder is normal in size. No calculus or intraluminal echo is noted. Wall is not thickened. The
common bile duct is not dilated.

The pancreas and spleen are normal in size and parenchymal echopattern. No focal lesion is seen in
these organs.

Right kidney = 10.4 x 3.3 x 3.5 cm Parenchymal Thickness = 1.3 cm

Left kidney = 11.1 x 3.8 x 3.5 cm Parenchymal Thickness = 1.3 cm

Both kidneys are normal in size and echogenicity with smooth cortical outlines. Cortico-medullary and
parenchymal sinus demarcation are intact. The central echo complex is dense and centrally-oriented.
Parenchymal thickness is intact. No calculus, dilatation or focal lesion is seen.

The urinary bladder wall is not thickened. No mass or calculus is noted.

Uterus = 6.2 x 3.8 x 5.2 cm Endometrial stripe = 1.2 cm

The uterus is normal in size. No focal myometrial lesions seen. Endometrial stripe is intact. No adnexal
mass noted.

Normal ultrasound of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, urinary bladder, uterus and
adnexae
