tabung pembinaan is temporary in nature. it is formed when school has

a building /big construction plan , eg the new block in Lick hung. After the
completion of project , payments made, the account should be closed, committee
dissolved .
1 tabung pembinaan for 1 project only .

PIBG (* AJK - Ahli jawatankuasa)

PIBG is registered to JPN ( Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri) at Shah Alam.
AGM - before 31st Mar every year
Meeting notice n a form ( or usul) wil be given to parents 14 days before
AGM .
Parents can fill up the usul eg : traffic issue, safety issue,
PIBG committee will compile the issues and discuss in AGM.(see agenda 'g')
Parents report to school on AGM , mark attendance at counter set up by
teacher
(according to class) , collect ballot paper (different colors)

propose ( and second ( to accept the account .

Committee dissolved , a new committee will be set up through election. (preferably,

treasurer is an accountant).

f. pemilihan dan perlantikan AJK - ibu 1 vote, bapa 1 vote (documented in 2013 2nd AGM)
Each candidate will be proposed and seconded before
the election. Parents use the ticket to vote.
