Surely if it is the very weight of the grain of a

mustard-seed, even though it is in ( the heart of)

rock, or (high above) in the heaven or (deep down)
in the earth, Allah will bring it (to light); surely Allah
is Knower of subtleties, Aware;
Surah Luqman Chapter 31 Verse 16

The essence of this verse:

It tells that Allah has power to bring forth anything
from the heights of the skies and depths of the
earth. In context, it means that Allah shall reconcile
and take to account all deeds and actions on Day
of Judgment.

Since this verse acknowledges the absolute power

of Allah over revealing and bringing forth, it is used
to find missing people and items.
