We are currently looking for a

Business Development Specialist

- Trading Area South East Europe, Belgrade office Responsibilities:
> working closely with the current suppliers in order to develop the business on the medium and long term
> identifying new business opportunities and synergies with current suppliers and new suppliers
> optimizing the purchasing possibilities and ensuring their high level efficiency
> continuous analyses of business indicators and creating tailor-made action plans and goals for each supplier, enhancing full
potentials of the business
> develop existing production capacities and support the product life cycle process
> ensure products are delivered in line with agreed conditions and IKEA standards and specifications
> optimize costs of the assigned IKEA products
> negotiating with suppliers and building prosperous and long term relations with them
Requirements:
> university degree and strong experience with developing business in an industry related environment
> experience in leading large scale international projects and/or in big multinational structures would be an advantage
> extensive knowledge of supply chain as well as legal issues of purchasing operations
> good understanding of macroeconomic indicators
> energetic, goal-oriented and persistent achiever, excellent negotiator
> driving license and willingness for intensive business traveling
> proficient in English and with strong PC skills
> strong business ethics
