Job description

Objectives:
 Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
 Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
 Maintaining a fully stocked store

Job brief
We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase our
products. Sales assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide
high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales
maximization.
Responsabilities
 Welcome and greet customers
 Ascertain customer’s needs and wants
 Recommend and display items such way in order to attract customers
 Manage point-of-sale processes
 Actively involve in giving to the clients all information related t ours products
 Keep up to date with product information
 Accurately describe product features and benefits
 Follow all companies policies and procedures
 Maintain a fully stocked store

Requirements
 Proven working experience in retail sales minim 2 years
 Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
 Proficiency in English
 Track record of over-achieving sales quota
 Solid communication and interpersonal skills
 Customer service focus
 Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
 Basic administration skills
 High school degree

Work program:

Work program is six days on week, six hours per day

Our offer for a two years employment agreement

Fix salary which covers also allowance for renting house in Oman- 1200 Euro

Sales bonus

Airplane ticket , one way, from the origin country to Oman
