ABOUT US:
Soy Afric Limited is an indigenously owned Kenyan agro-processing Company that commenced operations in 1994. We seek to
provide healthy and high-quality food stuff and inputs for food processing that integrate high levels of nutrition and embrace
cost-effectiveness while also addressing the contemporary challenges associated with nutrition.

THE POSITION
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Direct Sales Representative to join our Sales & Marketing Department at Soy Afric
Limited. The successful candidate will play a key role in acquiring new business within the assigned sales locations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Direct Sales Representative, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Sales Target Achievement:
• Achieving set sales targets for Soy Afric Limited's products.
• Identifying new sales opportunities and potential markets for the company's products.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and distributors to drive sales growth.
• Collection of all sales and remittance to Company account.
2. Customer Service and Engagement:
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Actively participating in product awareness campaigns to promote the company's products.
• Engaging in door-to-door direct selling to reach potential customers.
• Handling customer inquiries, and complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for product and service improvement.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and initiatives for product promotion.
3. Reporting and Communication:
• Providing regular sales reports to the supervisor.
• Communicating effectively with team members and superiors to share sales updates and progress.
• Collaborating with the sales team to share market insights and sales performance data.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


To be considered for this position, the successful applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
• Minimum Mean Grade of C+ in K.C.S.E with a C+ in Mathematics and English
• A degree/diploma in sales or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Proven negotiation skills to reach successful agreements.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated to exceed sales targets.
• Effective time management and adaptability in different sales situations.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Demonstrated ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines.
• Experience in sales or client relationship management will be an added advantage.
