SUBJECT: NO QUOTA NO COMMISSION

Date: July 3, 2012

A meeting has been held today together with the sales department and Mr. Romeo V.
Austria GM/President of Romeo V. Austria Trading, that a new rule has been set for
the sales associates in filing their sales commission.
The following guidelines must be followed:
1st month

-Failure to realize the required monthly sales quota for the 1 st

month, the sales associates shall only be entitled to receive 50% of
their sales commission. And a memorandum must be served

2nd month

-Failure again to realize the required monthly sales quota for the 2 nd
month, the sales associates will not be entitled to any sales
commission. A second memorandum must be served

3rd month

-Failure to realize the required monthly sales quota for 3

consecutive months, the sales associates will be given a final
memorandum and an evaluation shall be made vis a vis his
performance.

Please be reminded of your respective quota for each branch:
