    Date: Wednesday 9th September, 2020
    Subject: Quarterly Sales Reports
    As you may be aware, we have published an advertisement for a Sales Analyst for the Sales
    Department. This has become necessary as a result of the backlog in the analysis of sales figures
    for the past three quarters. The appointment of the successful applicant will be on the first
    working day of next month. The company is committed to ensure that we all that is necessary to
    maintain or competitive advantage.
    Effective immediately, you are being assigned the role of ensuring that all quarterly Sales Report
    are accurately and completely produced by each sales representative.
    The format of the reports may need to be changed and as such I am recommending that we may
    meet on Friday of next week at 10:00 a.m. in the Board Room. Please advise The Sales
    Associates of these developments at The next Sales Associates Meeting
