RIDDLE: Whats something everyone does and is impossible to stop? The answer:
GOSSIP!
It has been noted lately that a lot of gossips, criticisms, malicious has been thinning out against
each employee. This is due to lack of communication by the employees. We are working in
one company thus we must foster an environment with open and honest communication.
Please be aware that starting or spreading rumors or gossips is unacceptable and employees
must understand the boundaries of bad behavior. Malicious or excessive gossip disrupts
production, lowers morale, and often targets individual employees. In fact, gossip can cross the
line into harassment or mobbing behaviors, and can a health and safety or human rights issue.
It is clearly states under the company code of conduct in Rule III section 4 Circulating false,
vicious or malicious statements against the Company, Its employees, as well as its
products or operations shall be automatically terminated.
