Terms and Payments Scheme:

A Reservation Fee of Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php20,000) is required to reserve the date and venue of a
particular function.
The Reservation Fee is non-refundable.
Down payment of Fifty Percent (50%) is required at least two (2) months before the event and full
payment must be settled at least two (2) weeks before the event. Check payments shall be made to
Brenton International Venture Manufacturing Corp. NO DOWNPAYMENT, NO CONFIRMATION.
A Security Deposit of Twenty Thousand Pesos (Php20,000) is required & payable two (2) weeks before
the event, refundable a week after the event.
Incidental charges incurred during the event must be settled immediately after the function in cash.
All prices and details are subject to change without prior notice.
For Cancellation or breach of this agreement by the Client. Cities Events Place shall have the Right to
Forfeit the payment as follows:
