    Engage in policy practice to advance
    social and economic well-being and to
    deliver effective social work services.
    It is not policy to share a foster childs
    experiences with potential placements to
    an extent that violates confidentiality.
    However, potential placements cannot
    provide accurate care plans without full
    understanding of a childs situation.

    advocate for policies that
    advance social well-being.
    8.2 Collaborate with
    colleagues and clients for
    effective policy action.

    I spoke with my supervisor


    and the case manager in order
    to find a better way to help a
    family that didnt understand
    their own needs.
    I worked with said case
    manager, GAL, and the
    potential caregiver to ensure
    accurate knowledge.
