Dear Parents,
We are now accepting registration for currently enrolled students for our exciting summer program. Camp
will begin June 8 and run through July 24, 7:30 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday for students entering
PreK-8th grade. We have scheduled fieldtrips and thrilling Project Based Learning activities that will
incorporate math, science, and reading! We will also have fun clubs of arts and crafts, 4H, sports, and lots
more! Transportation will not be provided but free breakfast and lunch will be served daily. Registration is
open FIRST to currently enrolled 21st CCLC students, and will close when our capacity is full. Slots are
limited (tentatively there are 80 slots available) and will be available first come first serve. Please
return this form by April 2, 2015; all unfilled slots will be open to Hosford School students who do not
currently attend 21st CCLC.

If your child is not currently enrolled in 21st CCLC, and you would like him/her to attend the summer
program-please complete an enrollment form; he/she will be placed on the waiting list-their enrollment
will be confirmed by 4/17/15.
