We are happy to inform you that the 2018 CEAP VI (Catholic Education Association of the Philippines)
Regional Youth Camp will be held on July 28-29, 2018 at St. Anthony’s College, Main Campus, San
Jose, Antique adopting the theme of the 2018 CEAP National Assembly, that is, “Santificatio: From
Brokenness to Blessedness”.

With accord to this, we would like to invite your son/daughter to join in this annual interaction of CEAP member-
schools in Region VI. There will be a registration fee of Php 900 that will be charged for food (dinner, snacks
and breakfast), rentals, honoraria, t-shirt and other expenses for each participant. In addition, there will be a
transportation fee (St. Julian Academy to San Jose, Antique) of Php 400. Also, the students will bring
the following:
1. Packed Lunch 4. Water and Snacks for Travel
2. Extra T-shirt 5. Personal Hygiene Kit
3. Scarf/Towel/Malong 6. Other necessities
Students are required to wear their PE Uniform and School ID. The deadline of Registration Fee will be on
July 18, 2018, Wednesday, and for the Transportation Fee, this will be on July 23, 2018, Monday.

Below is the waiver, if your child is willing to join, please cut the return slip and pass this to their adviser.
Attached at the back is the itinerary of the activity.
