Spider Relay

Pupils are split into teams of three/four.

A spiders body is set out in the middle of the teams using coloured cones and
a circle as per the diagram.
Each team has to make a leg for the spider using four coloured cones.
To make the leg, the first player adds the first cone, which must be three
sticks length away from the body. Then each member of the team dribbles the
ball (one at a time/relay style) around their spider leg (made up of the first
cone in the spiders body and the last cone they put out). They repeat this
process until they have made their spiders leg using four cones.

To make it harder: pupils have to zig-zag dribble between the cones instead of
going around them; increase the distance between the cones; add more cones to
make up the leg.
To make it easier: shorten the distance between the cones; use less players on
selected teams, reduce the speed of travel.
